I love that a technician will come out on the same day when I call with a pest emergency. Pest control is something I will never skimp on and having a quick responding company for unforeseen events makes all the difference.

Great service and always diligent and willing to meet our needs with each visit. Eric has been great both of the visits he has serviced the house recently. It’s also greatly appreciated that they come do the in-between services since it has been so rainy this last year. Would definitely recommend this company.

Common Bed Bug Questions
What does bed bug extermination include?
The Bug Master bed bug extermination service starts with a free bed bug inspection, then is followed by treatment that requires limited customer preparation, kills all phases of bed bug life cycle (including the eggs, larvae and adults). Treatment is followed up by post-inspection and additional sessions if needed. How should I prepare my house before the bed bug exterminator arrives?
There is little preparation required by the customer prior to bed bug extermination services. Some moderate housecleaning is suggested if you want to get the most benefit out of your bed bug extermination. These things are optional and can include:
- Strip and wash all bedding and dry with high heat if possible. This includes mattress covers and pillows.
- Wash drapery and all clothing in hot water and dry with high heat if possible.
- Seal laundered items in a plastic bag until the extermination has been completed
- Serious consideration of clearing out the closets is a good idea.
Please refrain from the urge to go vacuum crazy, dispose of those disgusting bed bug carcasses or droppings as these things actually help The Bug Master technicians target the infested areas.
TIP: Although our services are pet safe and your pet is the most lovable pet on the planet, consider boarding your them at a reputable boarding facility, or perhaps a brief 24 hr. stay at a friend or family’s house would be advised.
If I rent or lease, should my landlord pay for bed bug treatment?
The Bug Master cannot comment to - nor determine who is financially responsible for- our pest control services due to the tenant/landlord contract which is private information and usually different in each case.
