After trying two companies who advertised that they do wildlife removal and not eve getting a call back, I hit on Bugmasters for our problem. Squirrels were having a party in our attic. Aaron did the inspection and planning, and sent me his personal contact information before his visit. He arrived on time, made the plan, and Mike and David set traps and excluded the critters. They also found a bug problem in the crawl space, providing photo evidence of it, and we’ll be treating for that too. I’m very pleased with their service.

The first meeting with Jeremy was fantastic and he made us feel completely at ease that he and his team would have the situation (raccoons in the attic!) under control in no time. And they did! Daniel came out every few days to set and check traps and finally to close up any exterior entrances so further critters can’t get in. Over several visits they found the unwanted roommates, trapped & removed them, & posted an official eviction notice outside (aka they sealed up holes & entry points).
