Great service and always diligent and willing to meet our needs with each visit. Eric has been great both of the visits he has serviced the house recently. It’s also greatly appreciated that they come do the in-between services since it has been so rainy this last year. Would definitely recommend this company.

- Droppings: Small, dark, pellet-shaped droppings are a telltale sign of rats or mice. These are often found near food sources, in cupboards, or along baseboards.
- Gnaw Marks: Rodents have sharp teeth and constantly chew to keep them from overgrowing. Look for gnaw marks on wood, wires, food packaging, or furniture.
- Scratching Sounds: Hearing scratching, scurrying, or squeaking noises, especially at night, is a common indicator of rodents in walls, attics, or under floors.
- Nests: Rodents build nests using shredded materials like paper, fabric, or insulation. Nests are often hidden in secluded areas like attics, basements, or behind appliances.
- Tracks, Rub Marks, and Smudges: You may notice greasy smudge marks along walls or floors where rodents travel. They also leave behind footprints or tail marks in dusty areas.
- Strong, Unpleasant Odors: A strong, musky smell, especially in enclosed spaces, could indicate the presence of rodents. This smell often comes from urine or droppings.
- Chewed-Out Holes or Entry Points: Rodents can squeeze through tiny openings. Check for small holes or chewed areas around doors, windows, pipes, and vents.
- Food Damage: Finding gnawed food packaging, spilled food, or holes in stored goods is a common sign of a rodent infestation.
- Pets Acting Strange: Cats or dogs may become fixated on certain areas of your home where they detect rodent activity.
- Dead Rodents: Discovering a dead rodent can indicate a larger infestation nearby, as they typically don’t wander far from their nesting area.

Topper is the best. He is ridding my under house crawlspace of skunks. What a blessing to have this service from such a caring professional.
Alex Nancy Birdsell
After trying two companies who advertised that they do wildlife removal and not eve getting a call back, I hit on Bugmasters for our problem. Squirrels were having a party in our attic. Aaron did the inspection and planning, and sent me his personal contact information before his visit. He arrived on time, made the plan, and Mike and David set traps and excluded the critters. They also found a bug problem in the crawl space, providing photo evidence of it, and we’ll be treating for that too. I’m very pleased with their service.

Jeremy and Daniel with The Bug Master saved our home! The first meeting with Jeremy was fantastic and he made us feel completely at ease that he and his team would have the situation (raccoons in the attic!) under control in no time. And they did! Daniel came out every few days to set and check traps and finally to close up any exterior entrances so further critters can’t get in. We truly appreciate the safe, humane way the animals were caught and then taken to a wildlife preserve. But most of all, we appreciate the peace and quiet The Bug Master team was able to provide for us once the raccoons were completely removed. Thank you will never be enough!

When you live off a creek, sometimes unwanted guest try to move in & become roommates w/out signing leases or paying rent...and in this kind of economy, no one needs that sort of negativity in their life...especially not that sort of negativity in the attic or walls. Enter BugMasters lovely team of folks (especially Topper) to save the day! Over several visits they found the unwanted roommates, trapped & removed them, & posted an official eviction notice outside (aka they sealed up holes & entry points). When there was an emergency they bent over backwards figuratively, (but they are amazing enough it could be literally too) to get Topper out to help solve the issue ASAP! I cannot say enough good things about them!! Call them if you need help with the pest/rodent eviction process...they are amazing!!!! Total peace of mind with them helping us now. They made us customers for life based on the level of service & care they showed!! Special thanks to Topper who is absolutely top notch!
